1. Sponsor:

2. Eligibility:

Participants must be at least 13 years old to enter. The giveaway is open to all eligible individuals within the United States, except where prohibited by law. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Prize:

We are giving away twenty-five (25) Cookie Clips. Each winner will receive one (1) Cookie Clip. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

4. How to Enter:

·        Follow @tyinc on Instagram.

·        Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the giveaway post.

·        Each participant may enter only once. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.

5. Entry Period:

The giveaway begins on February 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST and ends on February 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST. Entries received outside this time frame will not be considered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

·        Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 72 hours after the giveaway ends.

·        Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, they forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions:

·        By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

·        Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

·        Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be processed due to technical or other issues.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
