Unlimited orders may be placed, quantities are subject to available inventory on hand.

What is the cost?

Item prices are clearly displayed below each item in Ty Store. In addition, you will be charged for shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges can be viewed here. For orders shipped to Illinois (U.S.) there is 7.75% sales tax charged. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Orders from countries other than the U.S. will be charged applicable duties and taxes.

How can I pay?

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Discover. Cash, personal checks, cashiers/certified check, money orders or any other form of payment will not be accepted.

When will I be billed?

Your credit card will be billed at the time your order ships.

Free Shipping Details?

Orders shipped within the United States consisting of two or more items qualify for free shipping. Choose USPS Parcel Post as your shipping preference when you check out. Your order will be automatically updated to reflect free ground shipping. Orders shipped outside of the United States do not qualify for free shipping, standard delivery rates apply.

When will my order ship?
  • Ground orders shipping with the U.S. Postal Service will ship within 1-2 days of processing.
  • Orders placed using FedEx 2 Day Service before 12:00pm CST will be delivered in two business days by 7:00pm. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST will be delivered within three business days by 7:00pm.
  • Orders placed using FedEx Priority Service before 12:00pm CST will be delivered the next business day by 4:30pm. Orders placed after 12:00pm CST will be delivered in two business days.
How long will the offers last?

Ty Store items are valid only while supplies last. When there are no more supplies, we will immediately withdraw the offer.

Can I order items previously sold on Ty Store?

Items on Ty Store are available while supplies last. If the item is no longer featured in Ty Store, please understand it is no longer available for purchase.

Can I order Ty Store items through the mail?

At this time, purchases through Ty Store are available on-line only.

Can my order be shipped to an APO/FPO military address or a PO Box?

Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO military addresses. Non-military orders shipping outside of the United States must be addressed to a physical street address. Orders shipping within the United States can be shipped to PO Boxes.
